陪學長跑他的第二馬.. 二十公里之前,跑的舒服極了。過了二十公里,碰上兩個很「不厚道」的補給站,給的補給品「太豐富」、「太好吃」,害我吃完整個人從仙境打回凡間,直接跑不動,好不容易消化的差不多,速度慢慢拉回來,下一個補給站又到了!然後又克制不住自己,連吃好幾碗紅豆湯、仙草茶、愛玉、豬腳、西瓜... 然後再挺著肚子出發,不到三十公里就開始覺得很不妙了,撐到三十公里,跟學長說你先跑吧!不要被我拖累了,我跑了二十幾馬臉皮很厚,關門前回去我都高興,你第二馬有業績壓力,先跑吧!然後學長簡短的說一句「好呀!」,然後就「咻」一下給我跑不見,終點居然比我早十六分鐘到,可見前半段真的很委屈的龜在我旁邊壓速度! 我呢,後面沒壓力就每站都停,吃到飽,然後再慢慢龜到下一站.. 呵呵,半年前擬定這場要破 pb 的,沒想到體重變重、體力變差,雙重不利因素,加上腳踝總是酸酸卡卡的,很怕發炎,所以愛惜自己的慢跑生涯,還是俗辣一點的好!吃飽、喝飽、風景看到爽、前三十公里有順順的跑,很滿足了!
