前半馬有在目標100分內
在23k開始抽筋爆掉,之後每跑ㄧ會就停下來拉筋
明明腳還能跑就是筋ㄧ直在抽,雙腳小腿抽,膝蓋內側抽,連腳底板也抽,最後只好邊走邊跑拖這回來了
只能說訓練不足,低標也沒到
