昨天的激情.悲傷已經過去了.今天又是新的開始!原本想用慢跑調整的.但是昨天已經慢跑啦.今天就直接跑配速吧.原本想用4:30配速跑16k.無奈狀況還是不好.身體還是使不出力氣來跑.12k就有點吃力了.算了.慢慢來調整回去.繼續加油^_^
