超馬,每個跑者都有的夢想~
衝著60K而報名,賽前希望自己在8小時左右順利完賽。在50K處時間已經6小時50幾分,為了讓自己能夠破8(成績比較好看一點@@),且先前吃的BCAA也發揮作用讓體力回覆一些,就以6:30內速度往終點衝,可惜成績是大會時間而不是晶片時間,雖小有遺憾;但也無訪,因為能跑完就是~爽~
賽後評分: 如同前輩的經驗談,補給中中,單純的水跟運動飲料,熱食只提供煮泡麵,而且只有二站。也許這就是超馬的基本配備,跟你表示,沒有實力跟準備不要來參加!!
