連跑兩天操場,今天來的隊友更多,不過大部分都在我跑完後才來。今天比較早起跑,目標25K,算是星期三小週末的小長距離練習。前面遇到信凱跟強哥,就不敢衝動亂跟了,只有等他們收操慢跑有五分速跟一下,對我來說就很吃力了~
在11K、17K、22K休息喝水,其實18K之後就很累了,大腿像有針在刺一樣難受,大概連兩天半馬也會吃力吧。也算是小小的B2B訓練。
