| 有了上回牙醫杯起跑衝速的經驗教訓,這次想說要把速度控制在4:55上下,前半馬控速算穩定,半馬後一樣是熱爆的天氣,上一場前半馬1小時42完成,這場微降速前半馬也只多了兩分鐘1小時44分。最後一個水站過站不停跑了50公尺突然想拉,肛門憋不住又回到水站上廁所,蹲了6分多鐘起身雙腿僵硬300公尺後才慢慢恢復。如果不是去上廁所我想這次的成績應該會落在338左右完賽,實際成績雖只有344但應該是比牙醫杯進步了 賽前宣言: 衝衝衝 賽後評分: Good 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~138 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 138~155 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 155~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~170 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 170~175 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為175 點此去設定最大心率 |
