原本想輕鬆跑,轉來轉去發現高美自行車道很筆直也沒跑過,就給它灶看看~可以接高美濕地說,路過沒進濕地~
出門前吃一點東西帶一瓶水就出門了,手機'錢都沒帶,過21K 巴度妖 整個跑不動,腳也不配合,只能慢慢跑回來。
這次學乖了~車沒油是麥安爪賽!手機(怕重)錢就一定要帶,出門在外沒錢,萬萬不能{嘆氣}
