嘉義麥思 第一次上合歡山,是用跑的上去,山上空氣很稀薄,跑了前10k,就放棄用走的了,連走都覺得呼吸困難,一度有暈眩狀況,棄賽念頭一直湧現。
不曾上過武嶺,都來這了,走到武嶺再棄賽吧~~
終於來到武嶺,景色很美,補給站詢問一下護士高山症的症狀,感覺我的狀況還好,旁邊的大哥說,你下坡就不會有這狀況了,接下來下坡,試試看是不是會好點,果真好多了。
回程的下坡,就順順回來了。
