0300起床八寶粥一杯咖啡0420到會場o2吃下去熱身完吃了一口膠準備出發,剛開始感覺不錯維持440,太熱第一站3km喝水,第二站,繞完一圈速度還沒掉,第二站6km喝一口膠,準備上橋沒問題撐到下橋,第三站9km在喝一口膠補水,右小腿有一點抽馬上補一口膠,終於10了,繼續撐下去,12好累再補一口膠,繼續維持,終於要上橋了,15好累再補一口,稍微慢下來,終於要出水門了,在努力一下,最後3了,我覺得衝回去不喝水,最後2了繼續維持現狀,能快就快,最後1.2我想應該可以最後加速吧,終於跑完了。
