| 目前跑過最硬的山路馬,跑完這場上週的風櫃嘴感覺就容易多了,上上下下好幾次,上週的風櫃嘴都還沒恢復,這週又挑戰更難的山路馬,幾乎所有的上坡全開啟步兵模式,今天後半段都跟一個80歲的大哥一起跑,大哥68歲才開始跑馬拉松,目前已累積180馬紀錄,幸好今天跟著這位大哥一起跑最後在6個半小時內回來 賽前宣言: Go 賽後評分: 還不錯的一場賽事,補給不錯,水、運動飲料、可樂、維大路P、冰塊都很充足,另外還有一站能量飲及機能飲,吃的有香腸、烤乳豬、甜不辣、豆干… 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 114~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~156 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 156~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~171 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 171~176 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為176 點此去設定最大心率 |
