台北馬因為半馬就爆掉所以跑得很辛苦,所以渣打馬就調整訓練方式,週二加強質量放棄週四的tempo run ,假日長距離至少要跑半馬以上,不過近期身體來不及恢復腳痛得要死,為了讓身體恢復跑量一直往下修,賽前一直覺得月跑量沒有300真的很危險,反正腳在痛乾脆就恢復週大休,起跑心率沒有台北馬這麼高,所以一直壓住不暴衝,半馬前看到好多人爆掉所以在逆風降速是對的,30k 均速還在想說繼續堅持,不過身體一直在極限邊緣能量瞬間耗盡,速度一直在掉又很想停下來走走,那就頃聽身體堅持掉速跑完吧 賽前宣言: 加油 賽後評分: 努力 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
