年初開始一直受腳傷困擾,至今還沒好!一跑小腿就痛,無法有效訓練心肺強度及肌耐力!對賽事造成很大困擾!這場賽事原本也是因腳傷而設定完賽就好!賽前測試還是會痛,但今天起跑後感覺比上一場大湖草莓馬狀況好很多,比較沒有很明顯痛感,但又不敢貿然加速,深怕又把傷勢加大!5K後感覺有恢復受傷前的跑感,才漸漸加速前進,感覺SUB4是有機會達成,但是沒把握!不過還是拼看看,最後2K終於追上4小時配速列車,最終驚險達成SUB4目標!
賽後評分: 路協主辦的北市大型賽事,基本上補給就是中規中矩!渣打馬路線除了幾個上橋引道稍微有點坡道外,幾乎是平直,加上天氣陰冷,很多跑者都破了個人PB!
