| 賽前宣言: 加油,順利完賽。 賽後評分: 通霄海水浴場—> 秋茂園—>白沙屯拱天宮路拱橋下,是可以看到海景波浪的海景,大的風力發電風車。到後龍 好望角是往山上跑,下山後是鐵道旁→ 會看到臺鐵列車開過去。過港隧道→涵洞,是以前的山線火車隧道改成觀光景點,風景我覺得不錯 有海景 山景 鐵道,就是吹不完的海風,(我的肌力不足,28km跑山路就開始大腿小腿快抽筋,一路跑走停,個人問題。)我覺得最棒的就是會場是通宵海水浴場,有淋浴間,所以跑完洗熱水澡,很多間,不用等。我覺得是很棒的賽事。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
