今晨天氣很適合長距離練跑,沿途河濱涼爽無風,也沒有陽光的照耀,背600cc的水也只喝了不到一半,重新橋下早市停留五分鐘,之後跑回大漢橋,遇到永慢辦的公益路跑,今天台北縣市的河濱兩岸都有賽事,熱鬧非凡,想必此天氣定能創佳績
