基本訓練
今天進行LSD,那就往安平前進吧,最近跑的少,心肺及肌力上都有些退步了在折返點觀夕平台吃了雜糧棒,準備往回跑時肚子開始痛了起來,只好稍作休息再跑,此時速度也快不起來了,跑完21K時就停下來稍稍喘口氣了,之後就慢慢跑走回去了
