上個星期的跑三校,讓我心生畏懼,也讓我再次體認練習不夠的惡果,所以,雖然明天要去騎萬騎bike,但今天還是要認真的練習。
可能是也有近一週的時間沒有練習了,所以可以感覺的出來,體力不似以往練習時的匱乏,雖然里程數到26、27時,仍有些乏力,但全程來說還是相當不錯。
