今天的賽程整體CP值不錯呦!補給真是給他太好了,12小時可以無憂無慮的慢慢跑,當然第一個全馬的距離應該是最低限度要拿起來的,所以之後每跑3公里都是自我的挑戰,台北大學校區夠大,下次LSD就可以選這裡慢慢練跑哩!!
