初半馬成功,為自己喝采,原來自己也可以辦到。
在一大片雲霧下開始起跑,10k後開始下雨,跑的路程大部分是田野小路,我喜歡,後面還在吊橋上跑,一上一下的用跑的像騰雲駕霧似的。約14k補給站後進入自行車道,舒暢的跑,可是在接近劍湖山最後4k都是硬邦邦的上坡,我用跑的比前面用走的跑者還慢,唉…要繼續多練練。咬牙死撐的拼完最後4k,抽筋的現象出現。
