昨天已休跑一天,身體依舊感覺有點累,打起精神還是出門跑一下;身體是誠實的,雙腳一開始就明顯沒什麼力,連習慣最後會加速一下,也衝不起來,至少有完成想要的距離。
昨晚下大雨後有比較涼,今天反而沒下什麼雨,晚點跑也剛好有點涼風唷~
