效率 = 划手數 + 時間(秒) 練習抱水划手,水中慢慢吐氣,抱水划手7次站起來休息,再繼續.
先練習半小時的抱水,才半小時就沒力了.
再游蛙式本來想慢慢游3000的,但是後來想上廁所2100就提早收工了. 2月累積里程 : 6.05 km |
