打從一開始就準備完賽了
台灣首場極地超馬 不完賽 要幹嘛?
由於天氣惡劣,所以跑的比較保守,上坡跑不動就用走的,邊跑邊拍照,下坡也不太敢衝太快,怕腿很快就疲勞了。可能是氣溫冷的關係,下坡反而抽筋,只能邊跑邊與抽筋和平共處,抽筋的現象也慢慢和緩
跑完第一趟,腳已經開始痠,補充點東西,繼續第二趟的路程,依舊一樣,陡坡就用走的,由於身體已經濕,加上雪已經開始融,第二趟感覺更冷了,在折返點,吃了好多熱食,身體也暖和了,維持固定的步調跑下山,終點前100公尺,把剩下的所有力氣,使勁的跑
