嘉義楊木欽 嘉義楊木欽 人說跑馬是從30K之後才見真章~所以我就抱著來練練30K後的里程數~沒想到後面的12K竟然有跑不完的上坡上坡~甚至連最後1K還有坡~所以從練後12K到改練後6K再改練後2K~沒想到最終只連後200M的衝刺~~結束時間比預估時間晚10分鐘。
