這場算是鎮西堡前的小熱身,跟花蓮幫的說只帶腰包、不用帶水袋背包也不用帶頭燈..結果我全都帶了,我把它當成重量訓練,所以出發前把水帶裝滿..
阿拖對上碎石路面真的是只有比赤腳好..再遇到有坡度的碎石路面,每踩到一顆石頭我就痛一次..也不知道踩到幾次了..不過我記得有14K這麼長..
整段的風景很美,天氣也很棒,前面42K坡比較多,上上下下的,42K過後就是53~56K鹿野高台、跟71.5~73K的陡坡,其餘都是緩坡或平路..
這趟還擔心阿苗會有狀況,吐司男的體力我覺得100K應該沒什麼問題..
還是覺得鎮西堡的坡真的很陡..
