波切島團練
今天狀況很差
起跑脛前就一直僵硬 又夾擊神經><
一路上坡就是
跑到腳掌麻掉 停下來按摩

看著淫長跑在前面等我 就甘心(害我一直想刷)
回程下坡太長了 怕受傷 不會喘順順的下就好
經過佳平國小 聽到裡面原住民小朋友在唱歌 好好聽!!!
還好離休息地點不遠 可以一直在那段來回跑聽歌
聽原住民唱歌真的好享受呀!
以後再開這團練一定要再參加!
