乳酸堆積退不掉
跑10k腳就好酸沒力了!
第一次配速從頭到尾幾乎都差不多
就是保4邊緣,過了30k稍微掉速,
前面本錢不夠,後面就不夠花
唯一慶幸的是從頭到尾沒抽筋,也算是大突破了
回家前感謝福生要去會場旁的住宿溫泉旅館跑湯,真是退乳酸啊 賽前宣言: Go 賽後評分: 什麼都好,就是完賽餐的肉粽米粒很硬
