| 本次跑馬心得
跑馬的意志力與堅強的毅力能決定放棄或者堅持;跑馬的速度與強度則不然,你無法命令它跑快或跑慢,它是一種身體自然的機制,決定你這馬場的強度與速度。
狀況好時可以嘗試挑戰自己的極限,看看能不能比上回進步一絲絲,哪怕是一丁點自己也會雀躍不已。狀況不佳時則應該放慢腳步停下來,賞花賞鳥還有欣賞他人漂亮蕭灑的跑馬背影,來日方長~~~~
今日前半馬151;後半馬304,雖然成績不佳,但是總算沒在跛腳回來,後半段與跑友、志工聊天細看沿途景物,也是跑馬趣事~~~
本賽事路線規劃良好,很難得沒有重複與折返路線,水庫的坡應該還好,在可以接受的程度,而且很高興認識知道有1個新水庫即將誕生
結論~~~真的保持不受傷才是跑馬的王道,畢竟跑馬跑步的初衷只是為了身體健康
