本來想再一次長距離練習,
昨天跑太魯閣馬的痠痛可以克服,卻敗給今天的大太陽。
烤到皮膚都痛了。
開心的是,依照手錶的記錄,平均心率只有143/分。
跑的時候都能控制在150以下。
比起昨天太馬的平均166/分,顯然今天輕鬆多了。
而且比賽的隔天還能這樣的低心率,
面對即將來的長距離比賽,總算多了一點信心。
