終於來到最後一Round了...我的天啊!!
全休四天,好好的照顧足底筋膜炎,果然效果有好一點~
幸好今天遇到天氣不好且路況很差,剛好爬山的底子可以好好發揮,幸運的撿到好成績。
今天大家都辛苦了,能全部平安歸來,真的是最好的結果,其餘的會後再說~哈哈!!
