跟同事一起練間歇跑~~很久沒跑~~有點累!!先4k輕鬆跑加伸展舒緩~~接著400m(90s)*3+200m(40s)*6再跑2k收操~~~汗如雨下~~有操到!!雖然不像專業跑者的速度與強度~~但~~總是個開始!!加油~~一週一次就好了!!太多會撐不住~~哈哈~~~
