1. 耐熱訓練有成效,太陽曬著誰都受不了只會越跑越累,但一碰上涼風跟陰影,迅速恢復戰力。
2. 背水袋跑(太貪心,裝了超過2L的冰塊),帶涼感毛巾、環保水杯感覺蠻舒服的,跑了兩個小時一直到太陽西下都還覺得不算太熱,水袋的很冰,前兩口是熱的,後兩口是冰的,再多喝兩口會冰到頭痛。
3. 出發前就覺得鞋子會弄濕、發臭,捨不得穿戰靴跑,改穿之前的戰靴,想說之前跑了二、三十馬都沒事,沒想到的是,當時鞋子會退休是因為被我腳指頭戳破鞋面,因為我的腳屬於寬短型那雙鞋雖然不是寬楦頭但布的彈性很好,跑到後半腳漲開也可以被撐大,後來退休後拿去給鞋匠補鞋面,補的布就沒有彈性了。
七、八公里開始覺得腳指頭很緊,有壓迫感,弓著腳指頭就改善許多,十六、七公里開始疼痛,要常常換姿勢,半馬過後常因為腳指頭疼痛改用走的(大多用跑的),過27公里之後,走多跑少,甚至33之後,只有「慢、慢、走」,真的覺得腳指頭已經毀了~
