賽後 - Day1:完全無法穿脫上衣/內衣的痛楚…大腿肌的爆疼…屁股的疼痛…連坐椅子/從椅子起身…都是種折磨(苦笑~)!
賽後 – Day2:痠疼…還是依舊…只是症狀逐漸緩解…唯獨左側大腿肌肉疼痛未消…疑似拉傷了(誰叫我那麼努力登高攀越石頭~~笑)!
