失敗的萬金石自主賽
賽前目標350,過21,28時間跟平常練習一致,想說真的穩了。
不料一過30瞬間沒力,勉強撐到32,開始走500跑500到結束。
過32後想著連基本破4都無望,一度想停賽,不過想想也吃了半年課表,自主賽也是自己要的,為了尊重自己,還是盡力完賽。
過程唯一亮點應該是遇到張嘉哲練習(應該沒認錯吧🤔)
