1/21 課題 " 動態熱身+90秒配速放鬆慢跑50圈+緩跑3圈+伸展放鬆 " 由於主場在準備一連四天的中等學校運動會,所以今晚移師至300暖身場練習,今天原本預計配90秒的,後來就順順跑沒有刻意壓速,結果平均都在85秒上下,但巧的是,今天跑里程竟然跟昨天的一模一樣,也太準了吧!感謝今晚許多好朋友一起陪伴,謝謝你(妳)們
