大雨造成路線有落石,大會宣佈路線變更為12.5k來回四趟
賽前明明就有準備雨衣,怎麼找不到呢?
幸好,途中下大雨時,好心的跑友眷屬提供了雨衣
讓我免於失溫,因後來上坡路段真的沒有體力跑
只好用走的,這時身體就感覺會冷
前兩趟的上坡路段都還可以有體力一路往上跑
但第三趟時,較陡的坡也只能用走的上去
第四趟真的是體耐力的考驗,上坡及下坡當步兵的機率大增
且第四趟上去時,沿路的居民還問說第幾趟了,加油!
上到折返點時,志工的服務真的好貼心
問要吃麵還是飯,要喝啥麼,馬上遞上來,且還按摩馬殺機一下,太感謝了!
雖然冷冽及下雨的天氣,但心裏真的好溫暖好窩心
