| 第一場繞圈賽超馬50k,被大會分配在內圈(1.2.3道)要繞400*125圈,外圈(6.7.8道)要繞400*113圈,跑起來的感覺很特別,就是一直一直繞,大會原本規劃補給站設在4.5跑道內,結果擺設在內、外兩側,設在內側的缺點就是停下來的選手會影響其他跑者(這點我覺得超爛的),還好私補區有位善心人士幫我遞補給水,整體跑感在標馬距離上都算順心,惟一就是過了42k後感覺鞋帶變緊,造成右大姆指筋脈疼痛,讓速度慢下來,最後2.3k左小腿出現抽筋現象(沒抽成),拿到成績證明才知道又是分組落選頭~ 賽前宣言: 第一場繞圈賽,希望能堅持信念!! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
