左腳踝終於消腫些了,休養整週後,還是要去小跑一下幫助恢復。起跑時腳還會痛,還好跑到熱起來之後就舒緩多了。離下場比賽還有半個月,然後又隔兩個月,感覺不急著恢復體能,把傷痛養好比較重要。最近天氣冷,吃了不少補的,感覺也不錯。下週應該就會漸漸恢復了吧。
