今天各地的跑馬埸次很多,尤其是台北馬拉松,嘉義也有,但我特地報了台南的場次,最主要是可以順便回娘家。
今天紅瓦厝全馬跑者只有二百多人吧!真的很少,起跑時全馬、半馬、9.5K都同一時間跑,所以跑第一圈時,賽道上多多少少有人,跑到第二圈時,人真的好少,跑到30K時,前面那一位小鮮肉突然停下來了,他說他是半馬跑者,這10K是他多跑的,要練初馬,我就說再跑一下啦!不然這賽道上都沒有人了呀!你也得走回去呀!而且我就不知道要怎麼跑了,小鮮肉很好商量,就說好吧!我陪妳跑⋯
我請他幫我看看後面那一個我剛在25K處追過的女生離我多遠,他說2~300公尺吧!我想既然有一段距離了,就可以再輕鬆一些跑了,跑著跑著,有一個騎機車的阿伯突然叫我說"小姐,別人都老早就跑回終點吃飽,妳怎麼還在這裡呀",唉~
就是前後幾乎完全沒有人,難怪阿伯認為我實在太慢了。
小鮮肉陪著我跑到40K又停下來了,說"姐姐,妳加油,我就跑到這",所以又剩下我獨跑了,剛30幾K出現的騎機車阿伯又出現了,又說"小姐,快到了吧!可是會場的東西都被吃光了啦!回去沒有東西吃了",我已經不知要怎麼回答他了⋯ 賽後評分: 全馬參賽人有點少,補給不錯 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~140 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 140~158 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 158~163 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 163~173 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 173~178 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為178 點此去設定最大心率 |
