連續四年參加,從9K新手跑的很掙扎,隔年第一次落馬,到今年已經可以輕鬆完成一場馬拉松,每年看到自己愈來愈健康的身體,才是我繼續跑下去的動力。
今年的最後一場賽事,天氣很讚是我參加臺北馬以來最好的一次,可惜狀況不是太好,今天的策略就是吃飽飽才有力氣跑,認真跑也認真的吃,順利完成賽前設定的sub5,明年也要健康的跑下去。
