不知道是不是因為之前有重訓的緣故
今天手錶測的心跳比體感高 5 左右
然後今天同樣強度又再比之前正常再高 5 左右,
總共高 10 左右
本來想配速 6:15 的,真不好配,一直超速超心跳
後來覺得 6:10 跑起來也挺舒服的,那就算了
大不了後半程掉速度。
起跑前目標要破 2:29 (今年入秋以來半馬記錄),
因為今年都沒認真跑過,都是走走跑跑混完里程的
理論上只要不要走太大,應該都可以破紀錄
沒想到一個不小心,直接破二十分鐘。
