第一次跑連日馬,説真的其實有點挫…
原本太魯閣馬並沒有在我的計劃之中,為了領取我的30馬獎,捨棄我預計挑戰的冬山河超馬,結果卻來了一場太魯閣,讓我忍不住還是報名了。星期六的狀況感覺不錯,最後10K還能加速,順順的維持想要的配速,跑完雙腳也沒有疲憊感,上下坡加速也沒爆心跳,最近的山路特訓有了成效,今天就跟著百馬團開心的玩跑就好。
