基隆連月的陰雨,疏於練跑,肌耐力及赤功退化許多。南部豔陽高照,熱情無比。赤足跑到54K中繼站後,抽筋狀況未除,後半段路面更差。決定轉換窒內拖應戰,專心與傷共存,協調身心,終能關門前完賽。
趁太陽未升起的陰涼天氣趕點里程,前30K控制在剛好花3小時,6分速完成。到甲仙大橋後開始爬坡,坡度還好,到了40K左右大腿開始有抽筋的感覺,路旁的小碎石也常常掂刺的放慢速度。
啟動跑走模式,但抽筋的狀況卻愈益頻繁,只能拉著䕶欄深蹲幾次來緩解。太陽熱情無比,路況也愈來愈差,又要處理抽筋問題,撐到中繼站54K穿上室內拖應戰,隊友仲甫也趕上來了。
後半段就結伴跑跑走走喝米魯,準備關門前回去就好。80K後抽筋狀況已緩解許多,但還有最後17:50分92K的關門點,提醒初百K的仲甫要跟上。
