虎尾馬前配速跑,賽前模擬的策略算是有順利通過,起跑後一直告訴自己不要躁進,可是一遇下坡就忘了,還好有即時拉回來。
上次破PB 已經是兩年前,今天總算是達成Sub310了 賽前宣言:
