嘉義宥羱🏃 今早一樣開車載了2位跑友前往參賽,6點準時鳴槍全馬起跑,跑進了愛情大草原,賽道擁擠不堪,跑出去馬路後就稍微順暢了些,5K後就開始連續上坡6K,降速許多,來到牛牛10K就已經花費了62分鐘,當時就知道今天要保4困難了,之後後開始連續下坡,也不敢開太快,就順順的跑,來到15K後就跟半馬賽道併在一起,要跑快只能往內跑,過了番路鄉公所後賽道又分路了,開始稍微降速跑,來到22K後跑進仁義潭沿路都下坡居多,來到25K開始就與折返參賽這交會,這時候太陽早已經加溫了許多,跑的很辛苦,來到玉虛宮折返點29.4K,雙腳狀況還可以,一樣維持順順的跑,來到33K開始雙腳覺得有點吃力,於是再降速,來到35.7K感應站雙腳開始不舒服,跑走模式啟動,當時氣溫也讓不少跑者吃不消,出了阿里山公路這段路最辛苦,感覺跑不完,好不容易跑進會場,看到擺了很長的三角錐,又停下來走,不久就聽到會場麥克風的聲音,心想終點站就在不遠,於是又提起繁重的腳步跑回終點,賽道夠硬,保4失敗。 賽前宣言: 因為疫情延賽的賽事,延賽的時間點應該很好跑。 賽後評分: 跑進愛情大草原賽道擁擠,賽道算硬。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
