距離上一場大阪馬大約兩個禮拜的時間,所以這場一開始設定是輕鬆跑,不過一開始就被誠哥抓到,「強迫」搭上「誠哥拉爆你」列車,還好到了第一個山頭就連誠哥的車尾燈都看不到了。
兩個山頭後經過折返點時,Timmy說搞不好有機會破四,所以我們開始以破四的配速前進,不過30公里左右我的老毛病又發作,整個人汗排不出來,熱氣全在身體裡,過了35公里後,開始想休息用走的,所以叫小明哥和Timmy先走不要等我,還好他們沒有放棄我堅持要三個人一起進終點,Timmy不斷的幫我打氣,小明哥不時提醒我手要攞起來,最後才能三個人一起踏進終點線。
這一場下來證明訓練量這件事是騙不了人的,前半段還可以維持速度,後半段就完成只能咬牙苦撐,看來之後的訓練還要再多規劃,才能達到自己設定的目標。
