今天的天氣很適合跑步,而我本身狀況不錯,路跑全程未停下當步兵,好久沒有這樣了,雖然後半段大逆風,但是跑起來也頗舒服的,由於里程大幅縮水,未能完成半馬,但是如果繼續跑下去應該成績也會不錯!或許是天氣轉涼加上跑量漸漸增加的成果吧!一定要再加油,11-12月還有五場全馬等著呢!!
