Short distance interval(Hard) after 10mins warm-up.
Today is forward & backward for 90m/18s ,we start first(heading to opposite site), then when we reach 2nd group(90m/20s), they do the same as we just did; after 3rd group came toward us, we start running back to where we start at beginning.
We did this for 5 times(forward&backward) *5 sets,and rest 3mins between sets.
(But we almost finsh within 17 secinds...0rz)
At the end , the extra 6th set, we group together to run full 400m pu track to exam what we just did ---we have to finsh 400m within 18*4 = 72seconds.
I try my best to catch up leading group, but after 200m , I found my body don;t get used to this knid of pace yet,so I do a little bit slow down ---but still finish in 78s92.
Not bad , because it's my fastest record of my 400m .
Felling so good about my right-lower-back pain,nothing happened!
