| 沒想到可以用低速檔撐到最後,沒什麼用走的,後面超過42實在是沒跑過那麼遠的平路,最近練用鼻吸吐幫了大忙,可以用1檔持速不累,並且顧及跑姿正確。
確實每7公里吃一次膠或能量磚,完全沒抽筋撞牆,慢實在是實力不足。
今年跑完了,最後一個月跑量破紀錄,最後一場超馬距離也破紀錄,今年年跑量也是新高,希望明年能順利破4。 賽前宣言: 加油,又要邁入另外一個境界了! 賽後評分: 賽後沒有東西可吃可惜了。
