看牙醫後又開始繞操場,在這裡連跑三天了,起跑前真是有點退縮,看來還是要變換一下路線比較好。本週跑量增加,也比較容易疲勞,只是前面沒控制好有點太快,到21圈就提前喝水了。喝完隔圈好像因為正好有訊息進來就沒算到,那時廣播也停了一段時間。差一圈其實還好,只是突然我的節奏都亂掉了,一直掛念著到底是現在是第幾圈?好像有點強迫症的症狀~
雖然今天跑不快,還是希望能保持昨天的距離,不然明天晚上有事會少跑。於是改變策略多補給一次,最後一次只剩五圈,感覺就容易一些。
跑完遇到快跑協會的幾個強者,很高興認識他們。
