昨晚悶熱睡沒3小時,早上起床眼睛酸,拉筋時兩小腿緊緊硬硬的。
早上5點溫度25度,停下車不用穿外套,走到寄物區已經滿身汗了。
一路上維持5分半速左右,雖然沒力沒力的,倒是沒什狀況,結果20K補給完左小腿要抽筋了,要抽筋了,要抽筋了...然後走走走,走到32K上完廁所後,本想開始拼的,哪知兩腳底跖骨下的皮整個大位移,走也痛,跑也痛...
