苗栗hpb2065 相隔三年又重回嘉義諸羅山馬,路線稍作調整,但是一樣爬坡爬的不要不要的,一向對高溫及爬坡不在行的我,還是傻傻的再次自虐的報了這場馬拉松,由於有了上次慘痛經驗,所以這次對自己的要求只有順利完走,一路上也都刻意壓慢速度,到補給站就多休息點、補給多吃點,遇到陡坡就散步當爬山,最後雖然成績不太理想,但也達成最初設定的無傷完走目標。 賽後評分: 天氣熱爆了,但補給還算不錯 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
